Review & Renewal

It’s Time to Recharge!

Wow, I can’t believe we are at the beginning of March 2008.  Time goes by so fast, so it is very important to treat time like the gift that it is.  The Present is all we really have that why it is such a precious gift.  For the month of March Cacia Chronicles will concentrate on review and renewal.

As we approach the spring season it is an excellent opportunity to think back over the past two months.  Review and renewal is an important part of your goal setting success.  Why continue something if it is not giving you the results that you want.  You have the power and control to change.  You first need to be aware that a change is necessary, and the only way to assess where you are is through review and renewal.

Just as you need to give your house spring cleaning you need to do the same for your goals.  Sometimes just a slight adjustment can make a world of difference.

The Review part is really easy, all you need to do is take a look at your goal list and answer the following questions . . .

  • Are you doing something every day to meet those goals?
  • What can I do differently?
  • Do I need to make an adjustment?
  • Do I need assistance from someone else?

The answers to these questions will give you a marker to gauge where you are and make trigger other questions for you as well.

The Renewal is the fun part.  It’s your opportunity to celebrate your successes whatever they are.  From small to big it is important to celebrate because that is how you set yourself up for more success. It does not have to be something huge or expensive but allow yourself to have an indulgence that you normally wouldn’t have.  It could be a simple a piece of REALLY GOOD chocolate to a spa vacation.

“ If we don’t change, we don’t grow.  If we don’t grow, we aren’t really living.”Gail Sheehy

Your comments and thoughts are always appreciated.
